3. Have a Good Breakfast
Of course, this is the most important meal of the day, provided that you will not indulge in junk food and sodas.
Your breakfast fills and sets your metabolism for the day, and its specifically good children and young adults to stay with a good breakfast because studies show that children who had a good breakfast tend to perform better.
Fruits and dairy is a good choice for breakfasts, you don’t necessarily have to pig out during breakfast, but it’s good to get some nutritious fuel.
4. Exercise won’t Hurt
Exercise is an excellent to tune and maintain your body, it is also a great way to lose weight, and because being overweight is not healthy you should be mindful of what you eat and how active you are.
You don’t have to be exercising for the whole day and it doesn’t always have to be intense. Do some stretching, do a dance routine or maybe a brisk walk for 40 minutes.
Regular exercise will make you feel flexible, relaxed and help you get better sleep.
5. Be Mindful of what you Eat
Being healthy means taking control of your life and making choices and decisions that benefit your body. For long term health you need to be mindful of what you eat, and make sure you are not over eating, binge eating, under eating or over indulging in junk food.
You need to plan out what you need to eat according to your needs and diet; this will help you with no eating more than you need. Ideally you’ll have to plan out a breakfast, lunch and dinner.
