Abundant water should be consumed and you also need to eat foods that keep you hydrated such as cucumber or watermelon.

7. You Drink Decaf

Caffeine provides a big trigger for metabolism and a cup of decaf before bedtime can be good for health. But your body would then miss out on such a heavy dose which would have turned the metabolism motor running at once. Caffeine has proven to enhance blood sugar level and hence people with diabetes should keep from consuming it.

What can be done:

You should only consume caffeine if you can handle it. Otherwise, the other points mentioned in this article should be considered.

It is a common knowledge in the society that calcium is necessary for bones. But it has other important functions as well. It also acts as a major nutrient to keep our metabolism swift. A major portion of the general public is deficient in calcium.

What can be done:

Enough calcium intakes should be done and there are quite some delicious options to fulfill this need. Dairy products such as milk or yogurt are rich in calcium. Many fortified foods such as almond milk, cereals, and orange juices, and also other foods such as turnip greens, kale, canned salmon, and tofu are also rich in calcium.
